Alexander Technique

The Alexander Technique, devised by F. M. Alexander (1869-1955), has been exploring the interconnected roots of thought and movement for nearly a century. The learning develops through observation, experimentation and refinement.

This investigation draws our awareness to refining subtle shifts in our ways of perceiving and moving. Simple activities, such as walking, sitting, running, standing, can illuminate how we perceive and experience the world.
