The Institute

The beginning of what has now become a successful cooperation was marked in 1994 by a workshop entitled "A Creative Look at the Alexandertechnique", which was led by Melissa Matson and organized by Dr. Martina Süss.

The special training and continuing education courses offered by the Institut Alexanderbewegung were developed in response to the growing interest in a creative approach to the Alexander Technique.

The aim of the Institute is to offer people from various professional backgrounds an opportunity to intensively study the Alexander Technique.
